Appearance: Vic is tall and slim with short usually messy dark brown hair and eyes so dark brown they've been called 'black'. He's quick to smile and laugh, and is usually sporting some sort of roguish grin or look of mischief. He is usually a bit rumpled of appearance, though he'll clean up nice when the occassion calls for it. Most of the time he can be found with ruffled hair and several days growth of hair on his chin.
